This website, www.7mountainsco.com, (“7 Mountains”) is owned by its parent company, Moondance Heavenly Desserts LLC (“Moondance”). This is the case because the people who own and operate Moondance own and operate 7 Mountains. Those people are Paul Jacobs and Shelley Ritchie.

The information required when you purchase from 7 Mountains is necessary in order to process your order. We keep this information for one year. This information does not include your credit card information which we do not have access to and which is not stored on our site ever.
